Samara‘s Massage Cancellation Policy.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and allow other clients the opportunity to book, I ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. 24-Hour Notice: I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the appointment to other clients.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a fee of the amount of the service.
3. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full price of the service.
4. Emergency Situations: i understand that emergencies happen. In these cases, please notify me as soon as possible, and i will work with you to reschedule or waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.
5. Prepaid Appointments: If you have prepaid for your session, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
